Our Laser Scanning Services typically provide Point Clouds and Online Virtual Walkthroughs for both photographic and point cloud visualization navigation.

Technologies we use:

1. Mobile Lidar Technology: We utilize the Navvis Mobile Rapidscan Platform offerings including NavVis VLX’s and the NavVis MLX, LIDAR-based, mapping devices equipped with Velodyne Puck Laser emitters and DSLR Cameras. Combined with cutting edge software our Laser Scanning technology records information about the physical world and converts the data to actionable, digital datasets that can be used for Visualization, Design/Drafting, Data Collection/Photo Documentation, and Assessment of As-Built Conditions for compliance or clash detection. Our Mobile Laser Scanning Technology supports projects whose requirements may prioritize Schedule Duration over Precision.

2. Static Scanning Technology: We utilize Leica and Faro Terrestrial Laser Scanning Platform offerings in order to provide Laser Scanning Services for Projects whose requirements may prioritize Precision over Schedule Duration.

3. Laser Scanning Control: We utilize Total Stations and Terrestrial Laser Scanners to create hybrid approaches to projects whose requirements require both Accelerated Schedule Duration and Precision.

Our standard deliverable includes Architectural and Structural Floorplans based on Existing or As-Built Conditions, Area Analyses, and Space Planning. Save time and money on the line work and ask us to provide AutoCad Drawings based on the As-Built conditions of your asset to support facility and space management operations.

Offerings include: BOMA Floor Area Calculations, Occupancy Survey and Plan Development, Print to Digital Plan Digitalization.
